My approach to portraits and headshots is to care about who's in front of you. Pay attention to her/him, and look.
That person is something to tell you, something to teach you. If you stay true to what you're doing, you will become a more prosperous and knowledgeable man.
I started photographing at 8 years old and never left the camera to stay still. After taking a theater course, I built my photoshoot process. I've been using my communication and non-verbal language consultant skills to prepare the best possible mindset for a successful headshot or portrait.
Visual language is paramount, and I cannot stress how important a great headshot can be.
